How Do I Learn REDSPro?

Video tutorials available on RedAngus.org will walk you through the process of accessing the system. Please take the time to watch the tutorials. You can start them, stop them or rewind them, and view them as many times a necessary. Best of all, you can have them open when maneuvering through the system for a step-by-step learning experience. These tutorials have been utilized by our 130-plus REDSPro beta testers with great success.

We know there are those who are apprehensive about working “live,” but please understand we have designed the system for everyone to be able to use it. Don’t be afraid to try. If you make a mistake, you can most often fix it yourself. If you are unable to do so, we are just an email away.

How Do I Access REDSPro?

Use your member number and password for access. If you have forgotten your password, you can request an update when you enter the login page. Enter your member number and press “forgot password.” You will then receive an updated password via the email you have on file. If you are still unable to gain entry, please email the office.

Once you gain access the rest is up to you. You can view your account, pay your balance, enter new animal data, add weaning or yearling information, make corrections to existing data, look up members and buyers, create new buyers, transfer animals etc. All of this can be completed from your own account.

If you currently have data pending in the office and would prefer to enter it yourself, please email one of us in the registration department and we will return your data to you. If it is an electronic template, you will be able to upload the file and not have to start over.

If you have a paper submission and would like the same opportunity, please let us know, and we can get that information returned to you as well.

What if I Need Help?

We hope that you will give REDSPro a try and that your experience will be a simple pleasure of a job completed on your time schedule.

If the system is simply not for you, please let us know and we will make certain that all of your data requests are sent to you in paper form.

If you have additional questions or comments, please email angelia@redangus.org oramanda@redangus.org. We look forward to hearing about your experience.

Thank you to the membership for your patience and understanding through this multiyear construction process. We believe the end result is worth the wait. Once you submit your data, your registrations or updates are available for review online. Requests to print certificates are still managed and mailed from the National RAAA Office.
